More About our Cast

Most of our cast is made up of local volunteers who train for months to become authentic members of 16th century society. Our auditions for this year's cast will be coming up in August. Please contact our Cast Director, Kathy Yemm for more information.

Hear Ye!  Hear Ye!

By the command of Her Royal Majesty, Queen Elizabeth Regina, the audition dates for The Lady of the Lakes Renaissance Faire are hereby announced!

Auditions for Villagers, Gypsies (dancers), Mistress Roses (singers), and Privateers
August 28 – 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (South Lake High School)

There are no previous experience requirements nor do you need to prepare anything for this audition – just bring your creativity and come to have fun! 

We do have many costumes to be loaned out for these characters.  You are expected to provide your own shoes and men must provide their own pants (plain, cotton pajama pants dyed to an appropriate color work really well).  Gypsies and singers may need to buy or make their own skirts.

Rehearsal Dates (All rehearsals at South Lake High School, and are held from 10am to 1pm)

Faire dates: November 4 (feast 6-10pm), November 5, 6 & 7 (9am-5pm)
